Who We Are

GreenSquareMeter is a black led nonprofit established to provide, and facilitate increased access to green, affordable, and inclusive housing and economic opportunities for equity seeking groups across Canada.

We are driven by a philosophy of circularity and take both an intersectional and ecosystem approach to problem solving. As such our programming also supports skilled migration including for refugees and other displaced persons. Our commitment to the principles of green building, equity, and inclusion are reflected in our programming and advocacy work around these interconnected issues.
